Honeycomb Hot Chocolate

What you need:

  • Ringtons Hot Chocolate  
  • 2 pumps of Honeycomb Syrup   
  • Steam Whole Milk 
  • Optional: Squirty cream  
  • Optional: Honeycomb pieces  
  • Optional: Barista whisk for mixing  

How to make:

  1. Take your regular hot chocolate cup  
  2. Add 2 pumps (15ml) of Honeycomb Syrup  
  3. Add a generous scoop of Ringtons Hot Chocolate Powder  
  4. Add a splash of hot water from your espresso machine  
  5. Mix thoroughly into a paste with a spoon or a barista whisk  
  6. Steam your milk into to a thick foam  
  7. Pour a small amount of milk first to loosen paste  
  8. Pour remaining milk, leaving room for cream  
  9. Add cream on top  
  10. Optional: Sprinkle chocolate dust or honeycomb pieces
