Halzelnut Mocha
Hazelnuts are traditionally harvested between February and March.
Now is the time to offer this unique Mocha as part of your specials menu!

What you need:
- Hazelnut Syrup
- Double Espresso
- Ringtons Hot Chocolate
- Optional: Squirty Cream
- Optional: Chopped Hazelnuts
How to make:
- Take your regular mocha cup
- 1 level scoop of hot chocolate powder into the cup
- Pull double shot of espresso on top
- Whisk thoroughly into a paste
- Steam milk to a thicker microfoam
- Add a dash of milk first to loosen paste
- Pour remaining milk, leaving room for cream if desired
- Optional: Garnish with chocolate sprinkles and chopped hazelnuts
