Online searches for pistachio are up by over 46%, and the global pistachio flavour market is forecast to grow by over 10% a year. It’s also a hit with dairy-free customers, pairing perfectly with oat milk for a plant-based twist we’re calling the ‘Pistachioat Flat White’. This one ticks the box for premium taste, Instagram appeal, and customer curiosity.
How to Make:
- Add double espresso to a cup

How to Make:
- Fill glass ⅓ with ice
- Add a double espresso
