Whether you’re a café, hotel or garden centre, these recipes are designed to be quick to make, easy to sell and perfect for for the cosy season.

Cookie Dough Hot Chocolate
The trend is “New-stalgia”. Consumers are looking for the familiar but with a twist. The indulgence of cookie dough with a hot chocolate taps directly into the craving for fantasy comfort treats.
How to make
1. Add one scoop Hot Chocolate into a cup or mug
2. Add two pumps Cookie Dough Syrup
3. Mix thoroughly into a paste with hot water*
4. Top up with steamed milk.
*We’d recommend a mini whisk for this!
Taking it further
One of the best things about Sweetbird syrups is the flexibility. Cookie Dough also works well in coffee – if you think it will go down well, why not offer a Cookie Dough Latte too?

Vanilla Raspberry Benefit Tea

Herbal blends like camomile are valued for relaxation and calming appeal.
How to make
1. Add one pump Vanilla Syrup and one pump Raspberry Syrup to your serving cup or mug
2. Take a Ringtons Bedtime Teabag and place into the cup
3. Add your hot water to fill
Remember:
Ringtons Bedtime Tea is fortified with Vitamin B3, so can appeal to your health conscious customers.
Bedtime Tea is also great on it’s own, but when combined with syrup it offers a slow and calming, yet sweet treat.

This type of drink brings British authenticity without relying on hot chocolate, making it stand out in cosy seasonal offerings.
How to make
1. One scoop Sweetbird Sticky Toffee Frappe mix in a mug
2. Mix into a paste with hot water*
3. Top with steamed milk
*We’d recommend a mini whisk here to thoroughly mix your frappe powder into a paste.
Taking it further
Practice mixing the paste to your liking, you might need to use slightly more water or perhaps less than a full scoop.
We called this one an “indulgence” for a reason – sit back and enjoy!
With a cost per serving of £1.14 and a £3.95 selling price, your gross margin on a Sticky Toffee Frappe is 71%. That includes 90p for the frappe mix and 24p for milk.

Pumpkin Spice Chai
While pumpkin spice has been a seasonal staple for years. Blending pumpkin spice with chai taps into the trend for complex, hybrid autumn beverages.
You can really amp up the flavour combinations by making a Pumpkin Spice Dirty Chai, or a Pumpkin Spice Chai Matcha.
How to make
1. One pump Sweetbird Pumpkin Spice syrup
2. One pump Sweetbird Chai syrup
3. Top with steamed milk
Make it a “Pumpkin Spice Chai Matcha”
Add one scoop of matcha powder to your syrups and mix before adding the steamed milk.
Make it a “Pumpkin Spice Dirty Chai”
Add one shot of Ringtons espresso to your syrups before adding the steamed milk.
With a cost per serving of 54p and a £3.50 selling price, your gross margin on a Pumpkin Spice Chai is 85%. That includes 30p for syrups and 24p for milk.
