This call is the first step in working with Ringtons for Business. Ideally, we’d love to see you in person so we can understand your space and business, but this can be over video meeting if required – or you can visit us in our showroom!
The call itself would usually take 30-60 minutes, and one of the team at Ringtons will ask questions to understand your needs fully – only then can we propose a solution tailored to you. We’ll then deliver a tailored follow up, and deliver a proposal on working together – should we get to that point.
We look to understand your products, process and your people. Questions can vary, but to give you a flavour we’d love to know.
- How many drinks are you looking to serve per day?
- Where are you getting your tea and coffee at the moment?
- What sort of environment are you serving in?
- Do you have machines in at the moment?
- When was the last time you serviced your machines?
- Are you a barista environment, or more interested in automatic?
- Are your team Barista trained?
- How do you devise your menu? Do you offer seasonal drinks?
After the Discovery Call, the Ringtons personal service kicks in!
In short, we’ll tailor our approach to you – working on the best way forward together.
Some customers request product samples, some engage in barista training, some visit our showroom to try the machines, some come for a behind-the-scenes factory tour… It depends on what you need.
Everything works towards the proposal or quotation.
If you receive the proposal and decide we’re not right for each other – that’s totally fine! Things change, and it might just be a case of timing.
