Halzelnut Mocha

Hazelnuts are traditionally harvested between February and March.

Now is the time to offer this unique Mocha as part of your specials menu!

What you need:

  • Hazelnut Syrup  
  • Double Espresso  
  • Ringtons Hot Chocolate  
  • Optional: Squirty Cream  
  • Optional: Chopped Hazelnuts  

How to make:

  1. Take your regular mocha cup  
  2. 1 level scoop of hot chocolate powder into the cup   
  3. Pull double shot of espresso on top   
  4. Whisk thoroughly into a paste  
  5. Steam milk to a thicker microfoam  
  6. Add a dash of milk first to loosen paste  
  7. Pour remaining milk, leaving room for cream if desired   
  8. Optional: Garnish with chocolate sprinkles and chopped hazelnuts
