a. We would prefer to come during regular working hours so we can see your beverages service in full swing. This might be different depending on you business, so get in touch and we’ll flex to you.
It depends. We can often get ‘under the hood’ a little more if you’re there. Or if you can’t make it we can make some suggestions anonymously.
a. As above! We can operate anonymously, or if the team are aware we can take a little bit of a closer look at what’s going on. During a survey, we are merely there to observe, we won’t interrupt your regular working flow.
The member of our team who has conducted will deliver you a short write up of their findings, which will include suggestions on improvements or efficiencies you can make.
The survey is no obligation, so it’s up to you then how far you would like to take further discussions.
We tend to see things like machine cleans being missed, old or stale tea and coffee, colleagues who aren’t confident on equipment that slow service down, espresso extractions too quick or too slow and lots of milk being wasted.
That said – there are lots of things to keep on top of to serve outstanding tea and coffee. There could be infinite things that we find!

We’ll be on site with you from anywhere from an hour to half a day. We aim to have our write ups with you in two working days following the survey so you can work on improvements as you wish.
