How Ringtons Private Label Works
Detailed Brief
When creating a new coffee, we work to a simple 5 stage process.
The first stage is to understand exactly what you’re looking for.
We need to discuss coffee types, the volumes you need, taste profiles, roast levels, your packaging requirements, your competition and customer preferences.
We’ll then source the green coffee beans that work for you, wherever in the world that may be.
Product Matching
After understanding your requirements, we start to create your product.
Our expert Q grader will source components based on your preferences. At this stage, you’ll receive a detailed report on your potential coffees which will include detail on source countries, blending, roasting and packaging.
Product Samples
The fun starts when you receive a sample of your product, to assess taste and quality.
We will continue to alter the sample until you’re happy with your product and are ready to move to production.
Commercials
We’ve sourced, blended and roasted your coffee, and you’re happy with how it looks and tastes – it’s time to talk numbers.
Conversation turns to volumes, profit margin and service contracts, and we’ll create a compelling business case that benefits both of us.
And before long you’ll be part of our roastery.
Production
Once you’re happy with your coffee, we’ll start production for you – so prepare to serve!
For ultimate freshness, your coffee will arrive with you days after it’s been roasted at our BRC AA* facility in the North of England.
What can a Private Label Coffee Supplier do?
A good private label coffee supplier will be able to deliver excellent coffee to you while maintaining high standards all the way across the coffee supply chain.
The supplier should regularly visit their coffee farmers at source countries to see for themselves great growing and processing conditions, work with a quality exporter to reduce shipping miles, maintain clean and efficient roasting, use your own bespoke packaging and deliver to you exactly when needed.
Since 1907, Ringtons has been famous for high quality ingredients, prepared with the utmost care and attention.
